This matte IS fuel and chemical resistant
We consider this as a SEMI-PERMANENT matte. It can be peeled, but it is harder. Especially over plastics. We do have a fix to help remove it if struggling tho :)
These are designed for FullDip, we've seen them work fine over PlastiDip, but you should add a few layers of PlastiDip extra to ensure peelability. We do NOT recommend over PlastiDip though. It is designed for over FullDip.
We recommend you use 1 coat of this over a whole can of standard coloured dip.
For example, if you do a 17" wheel matte black, use an entire can of the black on it, then ONLY one medium / wet coat only of this. So for a set of 17's use 4x black matte and one of these :)

Wraps, protects and changes colour with matte finish. It can be removed by peeling it, as if it were a conventional vinyl.

Properties
Liquid Vinyl spray application, once dry becomes a tough elastic and durable film.
It can be easily removed.
Full dip can be cleaned with most soaps, and resists water, mud or pressure water cleaning.
