SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently use Hermes and ParcelForce for shipping

SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS ARE NOT CLASSED AS WORKING DAYS FOR ANY COURIER
 
Pretty much all the items we sell are hazardous, flammable liquids and aerosols. Couriers do not like these, and charge accordingly (as in extra - for using the same vans and system, yes it annoys us too!). All our parcels are properly labelled and we are authorized hazardous shippers. All packaging is in UN certified hazardous containers and double walled boxes. We generally ONLY get 4/5 parcels damaged a YEAR from the hundreds we ship out a month. That’s how well they are packaged.
We make no money from shipping. We pass all P&P costs direct and use them here. In actualt fact we actually subsidise it, as the shipping is more than we charge. Remember, ANY refunds and the REAL cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Not necessarily what you have paid. Why is this? Because if we listed the real cost, everyone complains it is too high, so we simply subsidise and include part of it in the item cost. Refunds will show the true cost.
If you are not listed below, and shipping says no shipping, send us an email with your full address, and we will try get a price for you.
Once ordered, you will receive (later in the afternoon / early evening of shipping day) the 'Order Complete' email. This will have the courier your order was shipped with, and the tracking number for you to follow it. It is not unusual for nothing to show or the number to say incorrect on their tracking page until the day of delivery for the economy Royal Mail ones (even when it does, it goes off around the country before arriving with you). Others are live from around 7pm that night.
 
**IMPORTANT**
No deliveries will be instructed to 'leave in porch', 'leave round back in wheelie bin', 'leave in box round back / side / porch' etc. If they go missing, you will be the first to jump up and down, and not accept responsibility. Therefore ALL deliveries are to be signed for, they are all tracked also. If you are not in they are usually left with a neighbour or dropped at local post office for you to collect at your convenience. We tried instructing to be left in a safe place method and surprisingly, over half the deliveries left in a 'safe' place went 'missing'.....
 
**IMPORTANT**
NO delivery is GUARANTEED on a certain day. DO NOT book work or plan around it. DO NOT book a day off work expecting it at 8am as it may not arrive until 6pm. We do not drive the vans. Once it leaves us we are as much at the mercy of the box chuckers as you are. Sometimes things do get delayed, Royal Mail / Hermes do not consider it lost till 28 days have expired, Parcelfore are 14 days. Some remote area postcodes are 48hr even on the 24hr service.
 
**VERY IMPORTANT**
If a parcel is damaged you MUST sign it 'DAMAGED'. If you do not, we cannot claim. We recommend you to open the parcel and check the goods while the courier is still there (they have to wait). If anything is damaged, sign 'DAMAGED'. Signing as 'UNCHECKED' will not count or mean anything. We must also be informed within 24 hours, or again, we cannot make a claim. If we cannot claim, you cannot claim. Simple :)

ID needed for pre-paid collections. Any order, any size. Collected orders are individual loose items and not boxed. Remember custom colours can take an extra 24hrs to prepare. If in doubt, check first. Do NOT just turn up, you may have quite a wait. NO ID, NO collection. NO exception. Use this when booking training

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For our international customers that choose your "OWN courier" at checkout. Many times choosing one from your own territory and arrange collection and delivery to you is a lot cheaper. MANY customers already do this! Simply choose 'OWN courier' at checkout. We will box it up, then inform you of box(es) dimension(s) and weights. You can then get you courier to collect. All boxes will be properly packaged and labelled.
As an example. You are in Belgium and you want kit B in black. You would order as normal, choose 'OWN courier' at checkout, pay as normal.
We will box the order as normal for shipping. We will measure and weigh box (es). Send you those weights and dimensions. Plus pictures of the box (es). You can then simply go online and google 'parcels from UK to belgium' for example. You will be able to choose a courier. Pay them, they will come here to collect goods, and deliver them to you. All import taxes and fees will be taken by your courier. Its a LOT simpler process this way and often its cheaper for you to arrange in your own territory, than ust to simply send it.
Kit B is the FD650 gun, and 2x Black 4 litre tubs. This would be approx 30x30x30cm and weigh around 12kg. You will have all this info in the email we send you, our collection address and opening times for collections. This is all the info you need to get a price and arrange it. Its very simple.
IMPORTANT
The goods are paint. Liquids, hazardous and possibly aerosols. They will be boxed and labelled accordingly. Make sure you choose a courier that will carry such products. Failure to do so will mean they possibly get stopped at the border and returned to us. You will then have to arrange it again properly. We have had this a few times where the customer deliberately didn't declare the contents (to make it cheaper). Then cried to us when it got returned. Don't be one of those muppets :).

International shipping of hazardous, flamable liquids and aerosols is far more expensive than normal shipping. Liquid wrap products are ALL of these. Couriers do not like to take them at all and add fees on. We only charge you what we get charged. Each box can contain upto 25kg of hazardous. They are calculated in 10kg, 20kg and 25kg. So sometimes it is better to order more to make it more cost effective. For example 1x 4 litre FullDip to Denmark would cost £33.58, therefore costing £33.58 to ship ONE 4 litre dip. Whereas, order 4 x 4 Litre dip and shipping cost is still the same £33.58, therefore costing ONLY £8 per 4 litre. Making it a lot more cost effective. You don't have to do this of course, but you're paying the same money for the box whatever is in it. Once you go over the 20kg, you start on the next box. So 21kg is the same shipping cost as 40kg. And so on.
This is not a comprehensive and exhaustive document and prices are always subject to couriers and their fuel supplements, which may change at any time, our costs are passed on before we get to amend this document.
